What are we doing and where are we going? Washington post just posted a news piece on the south west and how the aquifer is about to be dried up. We have to start managing the ground better. So we can recharge the ground water. To do that we are going to need a lot of carbon. If we could just use cattle to graze a cover crop out there it could help solve the problem. Carbon in the soil holds water. Can we use cattle to trample down the grass and add carbon?
