This out of all videos speaks to me the most….in essence: this angler reminds me exactly of “anxiety”… for instance, when we’re struggling to get through life and finish our objective, it feels like the cold, we’ll do almost anything to get it done or over with. However, we then seek comfort in shelter (anxiety) that leaves us feeling warm and safe, yet stuck and anxious similar to the angler, this is the emotional cost of welcoming anxiety and staying stagnant. Instead, we should use it only temporarily and eventually travel through the cold to eventually find a home, where the anxiety can no longer put us in an emotional debt. In conclusion, get through the cold, find a home, finish your objective and end your anxiety.
