I was preparing for Civil Services from last two years and then this video . It means the ship has sailed for me , and I don't just want to cut the corners as nothing is going to change, if one can be given a call to quit ,how can other work in same way , so now I am leaving the preparation of Civil Services. I loved the solutions you've provided, and ultimately these are the only one considering the 21st century advancement and AI involvement , but Alas! , we can pray one day ,when you and I will not be in this country can consider yours way forwards and help this country to move forward with pace. I know, pride hath fall and every civilization and individual once will got its peak needs to face devaluation as the only step forward. History is full of such examples. As I already have served in Civil Service even up to grade B-20 as I remained posted thrice as Director General Local Government and Rural Development AJK but I also got compelled to take early retirement about more than 7 years earlier to my age of actual retirement due to unjust deprivation of getting my over due promotion in grade B-20 since 2009 till 2017 although I won many cases even contested by my self up to Honorable Supreme Court and two of my contested cases of Honorable Supreme Court are reported ones having references 2014SCR676 and 2015SCR1505 which I contested in person and thus even by being Civil Engineer I contested directly and indirectly about more than 60 cases and almost won all but even then couldn't seek my right and even during the period by having permission from department I did my law as well. So by being compelled to serve under my legal juniors for about ten times I preferred to take early retirement as my mandatory service of 25 years got accomplished. So I also suffered and faced this illogical, unjust, brutal, criminal and ethical system and I could never accomplish the factual merits which can never be accomplished by any person who's jeans don't allow. So I can well understand what you are saying and it has much similarities with my set of experiences. Keep it up even it may produce any good results or not but it is enlightening many. In my opinion the system of governance in Pakistan is designed loss oriented and only such Civil Servants continue with it who keeps it on path of losses and poor performance but if any body tries to take it to right path or tries to make it profit oriented the devil system stands in front of him or her as a big monster. May Allah bring miracles in Pakistan for ourselves and our generations to come regarding which I still don't see any light whereas we have to travel long way on right path which we have even neither thought, nor designed even far away from to take start. Now by and large we got genetic defective and this genetic defect may take generations to improve and may be we ll not be having that much time to survive in this cruel world of competition.

Great discussion as always, You are right, being an IT professional, I know our country has greatest potential for IT as compared to any other country, but unfortunately there are no facilitation provided by government. Now there are some initiatives like PITB, but it'll take some time to get things settled. Keep making videos, I really do love your videos and watch them on regular basis. May GOD bless Pakistan!

Sir, National IT policy can be considered under National Spatial Data Infrastructure, (NDSI), and you are right that we dont have such wel defined NDSI, Developed countries have developed their NDSIs through which all the data is interlinked within govt organizations, it creates national harmony, saves resources (in terms of time and money), provides standards of data (such as ISO), reliability, central command and control, restricted authorized personnels, daya integrity etc etc.

I agree with what you say in your videos and really appreciate you speaking up and going in details. In this video, I would disagree with one point that you raised that government don't do business rather just create environment for sustainable business. I think government should be involved in businesses especially those involving natural resources like oil, gas, minerals , railways, airways, postal etc. Reason being that revenues generated by these businesses will go in the pool that will be used for the people of the country. We have an example of China where there are many state owned engineering companies. When you privatize critical revenue businesses then you only get the taxes or a small stake in that business. There should be a government fund like Qatar has, doing investments not only in Pakistan but overseas to generate revenues. Private sectors are equally important in parallel. Let me know what you think.

When you said "we dont have any legacy system" I can really understand you and relate this, i am software writer and i know its very hard to write new systems while having legacy systems.. Pakistan is somehow, i should not say blessed :D but Pakistan does not have any legacy systems in our almost all institutions.. we can fully automate these all sectors.. And the main thing is we can do this all indigenously... We are developing very complex systems from Gooras ( americans, Britz etc ) from last 8 years.. Health care systems, management softwares, you name it. In my particular experience, i worked with Russians, American, Indians but what i believe we have the top resource in the form of I.T professionals here in Pakistan...

Sir sorry i am not hopeless but trust me Pakistan will never change, where no one is realizing what are they doing with their own life what they are going to deliver our generations. I don’t have a big profile I don’t have many degrees but since last 15 years i am working in a same field i have experience to work with many individuals and organizations and when i reached on a point that i have enough information and backup to serve my country i went their i approach concern department and it was really painful moment for me that you belong from ABC community you cast is ........ and many bla bla after that budget i said half of the budget i will arrange by some international organizations and it will be 100% un-conditional just to improve environment of my own country. But a person who was proud to have some shitty land cruiser said sorry man we can’t loose ohr vote bank and by your system at least couple of the transport department will be vanish so try to implement somewhere else so i left Pakistan again and i am happy that I destroyed my plan and serving in UAE as a common Pakistani. I know you were the part of that system many times you also felt your self as hopeless i couldn’t be big like you. But reason to share this story with you is only to make a witness who at least can feel a pain of an innovator.
