thanks for the presentation. have you seen the book by John McKay on Victory. similar to the book you showed. I have a 1:84 scale model in its box. you have inspired me to start building (its Artesania Latina) the model does not have the correct sheer on the decks. ie the plywood sheets are too stiff to bend and are straight. regards.

Alan McGowan uses McKay's drawings in this book but here they are larger and in very good print quality. I have McKay's Anatomy of the Sword as well, but this book was the most helpful when I was building my model...

Thank you for sharing this book review. However I think that the book: The Anatomy of Nelson's Ships by C. Nepean Longridge is a more intense book. It shows step by step building instructions of the HMS VICTORY. I use this book for digging instructions when building my ships.
