Hey sir I have a 5 speed off a 1.9 tdi how much would you charge me to make it 6 speed

Doing it the way I did in this videos, it gets expensive real fast. Buying the 6 speed transmission itself, disassembling the 5 speed in order to use the bellhousing. Would also have to buy the limited slip differential as the 02S differential was not machined correctly to accept the speedo gear. And the 02S ring gear has a 1 mm difference in diameter and larger rivet holes than the original 02J differential, so it's not something you'd really want to swap onto an 02J differential anyway. Before you know it, you've blown past $3000 before even paying labor... Although if you have a 2002 or newer TDI, you could just bolt the 02S 6 speed in as it is, get a Mk5 cable shift bracket, hack your instrument cluster to pick up vehicle speed via CAN bus from the ABS module and not worry about not having the physical sensor anymore. Out of curiosity, what model year car is it and what's the transmission code you have? (eg. EBJ, EGR, EUH, or if it's a mk3 TDI, a CTN code 02A family gearbox).
