03 - 09 H2 Hummer Instrument Panel Gauge Cluster Removal Procedure by Cluster Fix

Cluster Fix demonstrates instrument cluster removal for an H2 Hummer.
Note: Newer models have 2 Torx screws on upper side of bezel that need to be removed.
We repair these units for a variety of conditions such as sticking or inoperative gauges, burnt out back lighting, dim / inoperative PRNDL displays or inoperative gauge conditions where back lighting is still working.
As an added precaution it is recommended that you disconnect the negative battery terminal before unplugging and plugging in the instrument cluster.

I'm having some issues with my H2 cluster. PRNDL display and backlighting. The cluster stopped displaying any indications yesterday. I'll check the fuse for that. Once I have another means of transportation I'll be contacting you via your website and ordering up a Full Rebuild. Thanks for your work.

that's weird I have a 03 Hummer h2 and my cluster keeps going on and off and sometimes I have to hit the top of the dash to get it to work

That sounds like an internal cluster issue which is part of our Full Rebuild service

Hi, I have a 2003 hummer h2 and went the line under the letter p is on you can start the car but went the line goes off you can’t star the car … any idea ???

i hate my h2 in 4 years i replaced the all ac system, two transmissions ,front wheel systems and now the cluster is dead.. is there no end to these demon cars..after this fix its getting sold and im getting a old doge van . lol they never stop running

GM so cheap.. They only made them allen bolts 3" long.. I think they should be 6" long. That way the plastic will not come off....

My cluster lights behind the speed ,tack ,and other gauges are real dim. Cant see them at night is it bulbs like the old ones or something I cant do
