I have had these pains for years. At one point lumbar surgery was suggested. However with the help of the many years of physio therapy and exercises I am feeling better. The calves are still a problem at times. Thank you Doctor Furlan.

I love your videos! Thanks a lot, they are very helpful as is all the information you share that usually doctors don’t have the time or patience to talk about. I do have DDD and just went through an acute phase, but still have chronic pain which is usually worse waking up in the morning or going to bed at night. I am trying to stay away from anti inflammatory medication only using Naproxen 375 mg every other day until the pain goes down. I wonder if a prolonged treatment of anti inflammatories can actually make the inflammation go away and then continue with a “maintenance” dose? Thanks again for all the help you offer 💕

Dear Dr.Furlan, i just found your video the last 2 days. I follow the teraphy 2x and it's so helpful for me, reduce the pain on my lumbar. Thank you for sharing it. I am diagnosed by my orthopedy doctor spondylosis, disc space narrowing in L4,5 and suspect HNP in L5-S1 and i am so suffering the low back pain. Can i ask, Is LDD the same with spondylosis ? If i keep doing the teraphy and taking my medicines, is my lumbar getting normal ? The pain really makes me limited activities😢😭.

Thank you very much for this very helpful video clip Dr Furlan. I have a very painful lumbar back degenerate with 4 of my left side spinal bone bends so it's very painful when standing or sitting down for a long time and I been going through with it for a very long time it was when I was feeling like i was carrying a heavy stone on my back that i was asked to went for MRI then it was dictated so I have had an epidural injection then I am now on a very strong pain relief tablets which helps a bit with some exercises so I am able to move around. Thanks for sharing this video clips which I am going to try much appreciated.

Thank you for these Dr. Furlan. I have this L4-L5-S1 disc bulge/herniated disc. I had this disease since year 2011. I’m a regular gym goer but due to the pandemic and we’re on a hard lockdown, gyms are closed. My purpose of going to the gym is to see my physical therapist who helps me out with my exercises and do zumba dances so I could move and not to remain “stationary”, as they say. That’s why I find this episode of yours regarding lower back pain and disc herniation exercise so helpful. My question is should I do all the 3, 2, 3 methods? Of course I should follow all three positions that should be avoided. Should I do the all 3, 2 exercises on the daily basis for 4-6 weeks? I’m 64 yr old and just wondering if it is safe for my age to follow these. Thank you.

Very helpful. Doctors do not help. Already I tried some of your exercises. Some are difficult as I couldn't get up from the floor easier. Thanks I really enjoy your teaching. I watched other videos but their exercises are impossible or too hard to do. Fadia Sultan

Thank you so much my back feels better already after doing the exercises ! I appreciate the link and am ordering the lumbar support too ❤️ I have anterior pelvic tilt which is why I have low back tightness .. but just on my right side 🤷♀️
