Wth is this?! “Pull back! Get mad at him!” that is not how you treat horses! You don’t pull the reins, you use your body to slow them down including your voice. If that doesn’t work you can gently squeeze the reins and lean back. Never EVER pull. People don’t realise how strong bits actually are! And get mad at him? What has he done wrong? He is a horse being a horse, if I was at that yard and I was a horse I wouldn’t be very happy with the way I was being treated. Horses have bad days like us, we don’t get angry at people for crying or having a bad day. Why should we treat animals different?! So stupid.
