034 MG Tech | Brake Warning Light Circuit (NOT Brake Lights)

John Twist draws out the several circuits used 1968 → 1980 on the various MG models. This is the red warning light on the dashboard.

Jumpins I thought it was for the parking brake. It comes on for a second when I start the car but I thought I might need a switch for the hand brake. You just saved me a lot of tinkering. PS - I didn't know I could press the switch. Thanks John! Keep 'em coming.

Just for reference, it is called the PDWA Pressure differential warning actuator, it also appears on Triumphs.

The difference in video quality between 2007 and 2013 is shocking. I have a 1969 Spridget, and my brake warning light doesn't work at all, not even when I push the test button. I'm replacing my brakes, and the brake bleed procedure includes inspecting that infuse "until the light comes on". So I gotta fix the light before I proceed.
