I had ear issues since childhood, had surgery both sides, it was tough childhood, didn’t know also about chronic sinusitis until the age 26 , eye sight gotten weak , completely numb experience I had , speaking issues hearing also, dementia , none understood my problem in school back then, instead of my parents and doctor, internal problem hai na mostly people don’t understand how much person is going through, ehsi condition me padhai likhayi karni completely impossible, teachers be like yeh bolta nahi hai sara din chup rehta hai , so many things I faced, I couldn’t really speak properly, now I can , it is also some kind of disability which nobody understands, more things including in this disease like dyslexia, learning disabilities, total mental health is effected , I’m victim and I have lot of experience in this case, in India most people have no awareness about chronic sinusitis, even doctors won’t tell you if you have one, only experienced or honest doctor may tell you

Most of the standard text books define COM s more than 3 weeks and AOM less than 3 weeks
