If I were you I'd change glow plugs, flush the injectors, at least charge the battery fully or change it if it's more than 5 years old, maybe replace starter if it's the original one. And lets not forget - good oil. 8-9k km oil intervals. I have a 2005 mercedes with 370000k km on the clock, it starts like the day it left the factory. What you have looks like a system that barely holds itself together.

Better to replace your injectors and check your battery. You are screwing your engine taking this long to turn it on.

Thats really big mileage . Does your car have same DPF from factory?

Yes, the DPF was flushed at 210,000 kilometers.
