Lincolnites also love to perpetuate the "we live in a bowl so tornadoes can't hit us" myth. There's gonna be a big shocking realization when another tornado of this caliber passes by town but instead of just skirting outside of it, hits us dead on.

I live in Kearney so I wasn’t far from this and it bewilders me how people can bravely or stupidly get that close to a tornado, even hearing tornado sirens scares me shitless

Those cars sitting there allowing themselves to be hit with 170mph debris projectiles...are careless. I was picked up and dropped by a tornado while in my car, and regardless of whether they are storm chaser or not...these folks have loved ones who care about them that they are completely disregarding. Those cars were too close.

I was watching this live on a storm chasers live feed on severe studios (the one in the white car actually who is parked in the middle of the road! If anybody knows his name please tag him because I am somehow forgetting right now 🥲) and the tornado unfortunately went through/around a building and that’s where the debris appeared. It literally took the top of the roof off and spun it around hundreds of feet in the air and chucked it like it was nothing… Mother Nature is something else.. I hope everybody was okay 🤯

Yes! Between 0:39 and 0:44 it's like an angry screaming face comes shooting out of the tornado.
