Actually this is 100% SEATTLE always has been always will be, born and raised here on Point Pulley' also known as Three Tree Point 56yrs, family still lives there, as well as me and my little family of 6 on the N. Beach side. We became unincorporated burien so they can have the property tax ours is 20K a year, it goes to shuffle homeless folks around, buy Christmas lights, have seasonal hanging baskets, new street lamps, maintained trees from the lines, nice sidewalks that are (if they have planting aireas) most do, so seasonally planted landscapes. Most goes to 152nd, Ambaum, 1st Ave. The tax payers of 3tree get 000 our roads not maintained, parking not enforced, so much car, cabana, & mail theft, destruction of cars & property. Trees so overgrown into power lines it's mind blowing, the small strip of sidewalk that has Green-space has never been maintained by the city just by neighbors, which we have all grown tired of... So yes, yes this is Seattle... Merry Christmas

If people would not be so goddamn cheap and stupid and install true winter snow tires on their vehicles this is not bad at all. Todays drivers would be so screwed if we still got the winters we had in the 1960's. It snowed constantly and the ground was white all winter long. I remember very well going to the barn all winter to feed the cows with snow up to your waist.

I drove past here going westbound around 2:30 today. Roads weren't great but I have been on worse. Ice was pretty bad in certain parts though. Thankfully, most people were driving responsibly when I went through. Eastbound was stopped due to multiple spinouts.

Have u plowed? I have for years. It depends on conditions you can’t sand if it is too heavy it just gets covered up and does no good

@@warriorblue63 people that have never run Plows/Sanders/ Graders/ Loader in the snowy icy conditions conditions have no clue. Biggest problem is dealing with the public. They seem to think their 4X4, AWD etc... will take them anywhere. They spin out and close the road, then we have to clear up that mess.

It’s pretty from above! I got a little as well south of Lansdale. Showing both Chalfont and Lansdale which are not that far apart. Septa Lansdale/Doylestown Line serves both communities. Chalfont is towards Doylestown outbound from Philadelphia.
