04 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ DIY front bumper build. Building and installing a DIY Offroad Products front bumper. This is a weld it yourself kit. After welding the kit together the bumper was coated in Raptor liner.

They have one for a winch not hidden. www.hkoffroad.com/collections/grand-cherokee-wj-1999-2004 Has a good hidden winch option that i considered with the factory bumper.

Scott, great work. Have the same Jeep... 2004 GC WJ mine is V8. Black color. Love WJs... So you have 3 inch spring plus 2 inch pucks correct?

Thanks for the comment. It only has a 3" spring lift. No spacers. I did replace all the worn control arms and tie rod ends. And put a heavier rear sway bar.

I bought it as a kit from DIYoffroadproducts.com if they are not selling the kit anymore maybe they would sell you the plans.

Did you get the actual cut pieces online or did you buy the steel from somewhere else and cut it yourself?

It comes as a kit from dyioffroad products. It is pre cut and bent you have to fit it and weld it together I added the brush guard.

Did you have the tubing for the grill guard or was it an option with the kit?

I had the square tubing from another project. It is not included with the kit.
