Did he say at first that he hasn't had any immunisations and then at the end of the video he answers yes to being up to date with immunisations?

Pt presents to the ED for evaluation of left elbow pain for the past 2 weeks. Pt says that the pain is experienced when she extends or bends her arm. The pt says that she took some Tylenol to alleviate the pain but only experienced temporary relief. Pt describes the pain as a throbbing (6/7 out 10) that is aggravated by exertion. Pt experiences the pain 2 to 3 times a day. Pain does not radiate. Pt denies associated symptoms. The first occurrence of her elbow pain was when she was moving boxes. Pt used both a heating pad and ice pack with no relief. Pain doesn't change her sleep activity but does somewhat interrupt her daily functions.
