General Agenda: Consider approving Policy Manual Resolution No. 060424-C, establishing the Downtown Convention Parking Program and using Transient Guest Tax funds to offset parking costs for conventions held in 2024-2028 for group rates at the Downtown Parking Garage; 2025 Budget Preparation and Discussion; Recess into Executive Session to discuss the terms of the agreement between City administration and Local 2275, International Association of Fire Fighters that presently need to remain confidential, pursuant to the exception set forth in K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(3) related to employer-employee negotiations
