That is a ice haul, a good mix today. Sure would love to have seen the recipe for those carp, my wife do the preserve thing, another friend, makes a brine, keeps them over night in fridge, smokes them and a sugar base baste as they are smoking, comes out with a nice glaze makes some good fish jerky.
