Thanks for talking about what Tantra is. Sometimes it's hard to find a good explanation of what it's all about. Can busy people practice Tantra? I don't currently have a ton of time for formal meditation. Can you practice Tantra at work?

You may not be able to practice an actual sadhana while working, but there are ways to practice at work, depending of course on your job. I used to work in a restaurant and I would visualize all the customers as Buddhas, and the food and drink we served not just as ordinary food, but as torma rakta and amrita (special offering substances)

DO DAKINIS REALLY EXIST? I do not believe so ... there is no realm in the cosmos like those of the gods in form and formless or brahma's world where such a being can be found ... or are they visualized energies out of the yogi's body which can later be dissolved at will ? and is all falsely explained ? and what is the sense of all that? what do I do when meeting such a "phantom" ? talk to her? unite with her only once or all the rest of my life? PLEASE EXPLAIN ... but not the red tantra please, only the white tantra and explain why all of a sudden energy has a gender? energy (or prana) is a genderless/sexless force - this is an irrefutable fact !
