07-19-11 Jax Loses Custody.wmv

Brenda goes to see Jax before the custody decision is heard. They talk about how Sonny set him up & he asks for her help. She agrees but doubts it'll help without proof. While waiting for the judge to call them in, Jax, Brenda, Sonny & Carly argue & Jax calls Sonny a coward. The judge refuses to hear further testimony. He commends Carly for her willingness to compromise & tells them that in light of Jax's arrest HE is the danger to Joss.

The truth is Jax started all this and Sonny finished it. He shouldn't have tried to play dirty if he couldn't have handled it. Carly was actually trying to be the bigger person. But, Jax kept fighting her. Yes, Sonny gets his way. Lets not forget what Jax has done and what he did in the past. Even now Carly was still trying to be fair. I don't feel bad for Jax.

Okay I'm just saying, Jax set all of this in motion. He is the one who wanted full custody of Joslyn. HE is the one who started playing dirty, paying off the mediator to take his side. And Jax knew that Carly was going to keep Sonny and Jason in her life and had no intention of giving them up from the beginning and if he couldn't handle that he should have walked away long before a baby was brought into the equation.

I've always hated Jax but he should not have kept insisting that Carly was a danger to their daughter after the judge said he wasn't going to listen to unsubstantiated claims. Jax didn't help himself at all when he couldn't shut up and was showing the judge that he wasn't willing to compromise in his attitude alone. Jax was too busy acting childish to consider that following the judge's instructions to stay quiet would have been better for his case than pouting like a baby.

I love watching the judge treat CandyBoy like the arrogant kindergartner CandyBoy is and CandyBoy has to sit in his seat and take it. How can CandyBoy be successful in business if he can't read clues and see signs that his approach isn't working? Alexis told Jax that the court wants to award shared custody and Carly openly working for that goal is looking better and better to the court. The judge himself lauded Carly in front of Jax for her compromising approach. And yet CandyBoy still thought he was holding the winning hand and arrogantly dissed the judge, twice. smdh.
