The truth is Jax started all this and Sonny finished it. He shouldn't have tried to play dirty if he couldn't have handled it. Carly was actually trying to be the bigger person. But, Jax kept fighting her. Yes, Sonny gets his way. Lets not forget what Jax has done and what he did in the past. Even now Carly was still trying to be fair. I don't feel bad for Jax.

I love watching the judge treat CandyBoy like the arrogant kindergartner CandyBoy is and CandyBoy has to sit in his seat and take it. How can CandyBoy be successful in business if he can't read clues and see signs that his approach isn't working? Alexis told Jax that the court wants to award shared custody and Carly openly working for that goal is looking better and better to the court.
