Sound issues continue to plague the community meetings with some speakers too soft/loud. I corrected that by-hand, and took notes.
I also deleted the beginning 9 minutes of silence.

15:45 - Info on evacuees returning to homes (no timeline, wait for it to be safe, they pow-wow every day about it, but no estimate yet)
17:00 - "LIMA" Law Enforcement Mutual Aid - Sheriff instructed them to make contact with people staying in red zones. Informing people they cannot leave their homes unless for critical groceries/medical needs.
Expect to be stopped and questioned. Holdouts won't be arrested, but criminals will be.
Holdouts CANNOT freely move about the community.

-Fire is huge, 80 mile perimeter, 200,000+ acres. They need roads clear for swift response.

-Clarifies that firing the landscape does not cause devestation.
-Low-intensity fires are what they cause in the calm and cool of the night. It burns off the ground fuels - bushes, pine needles, sticks, logs, saplings. Fire won't climb trees or harm structures - they supervise it.
-"Will there be a firing operation tonight?" Yes. (He shows where.)
29:45 - "Are cabins in Ohio Valley in Danger?" No, just mopping up there.
No reported losses.
30:30 - "Chester threatened? Why still under evacuation warning?"
Sustained winds first pushed the fire in that direction. Should they come again, Chester is in danger again. Until they work on finishing the firing to burn away ground fuels in area; threat remains if winds pick up again.
-When they finish, Chester will be much safer.
32:00 - "Jonesville cabins ok?" Yes. Ok so far.
"Why isn't containment % going up?" It will soon, once they finish the firing operations at their lines.

-"Status of Buck's Lake / Meadow Valley?"
No threat currently. (Protection efforts going very well there.)
34:38 - "Status of Oakland Camp?" No impact.
"Humbley Ravine?" They intend to fire are tonight for safety.
-"Hough Rd area?" Same.
-"Taylorsville?" They are firing the slope above at night
-98% of their firing - is done at night in the cool, calm, more humid air

37:30 - Chester Q&A - you CAN return there, just an evacuation warning. But be prepared to leave at a moment's notice if winds return.
