Adding rap into songs is a real hit or miss for me. When a rapper is thrown into a song, gloats about his own achievements, tells you that he's got money and sex appeal, while not doing anything with the song itself, it's bad. This one is a GREAT addition! The speed reminds me of the fighting style in this sub-anime, and you can hear the words without pausing to understand each syllable. He's very crisp and clear with his expression. Definitely my favorite song of the RWBY series.

Why is it every goddamn song that has a rap segment has so many people hating it? Like this is a legit question. Do most youtubers just hate rap or something?

Rap is its own genre, and very few know how to use it well. Combining two musical genres in this clunky a manner is gonna tick a few people off.

Yang has been my favorite since the trailer, since episode 1, all though Volume 1. And this song holds my love of her and all her bad-assery
