I figured out the intro riff years ago just from messing around, always curious about the solo. Excited to rock that out now. I think your thirds are interesting considering the era, I know I heard a ton of this stuff a couple years later but I don’t remember hearing those voicings in melodic punk rock at that time. Don’t make excuses for anything brother. I don’t give a shit if it’s ‘simple’ or not, you have no idea how many kids I idolized you and your band (and still do). Thanks for this video!

Sounds badass on the record.. Your re-mix sounds great to me, I've seen others complain about it but I think that's just because their brains are so used to hearing it the old way. I was always curious how you were playing this part kzbin.info/www/bejne/aX6yqoCrZdGmZrs at the end of the solo.. It seems to ring a lot higher than what you showed in the vid?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, the solo keeps ringing out on the album because we tracked that separately from the rhythm guitar tracks, and we let the solo fade out naturally while the rhythm tracks continued with the following part.
