Great to see you made it back. What, a customer who gives a vague complaint, nah that never happens.... LOL.
@CubasAutomotive3 жыл бұрын
One thing I've learned, customers ALWAYS lie.... intentionally or not is the only difference. LOL. Meh.... I find it's good to show our struggles, so the customers can understand why we have so many difficulties at times, in attempting to repair a vehicle. Yeah, I made it back but only temporarily. It was so hot ystrdy, I decided to take off. My equipment hates to work in the excessive heat, so I took care of some editing. I have at least 4 or 5 more videos to go. Doubt I'll get to them all. Part 2s are almost done at least. Sorry EricO took down the stream, but I did reply to you, BTW 😊😊
@Blazer02LS3 жыл бұрын
@@CubasAutomotive Yeah, even more fun if you have a service writer "translating" for you. I wanted to ask them if the customer was speaking in Swahili while they spoke Greek sometimes. Don't miss that at all. When I opened my shop the first thing I did was put any new hires on the phone for at least 30 days to learn how to discuss problems with customers. Told them to get all the info you can, but expect it to be vague. When I finally put a service writer on they got to set down with all of us and get a feel for what we really wanted for info and how to handle any upsell issues on a severity scale. Yeah I was in the middle of a reply when it vanished. No issues, was just glad to see a voice from the wilderness...
@CubasAutomotive3 жыл бұрын
"a voice from the wilderness" LOLLOL Love it! 🤣🤣 Ahh, what a great approach to the service writer issues. I find asking the right questions helps immensely. I fail to do that, though I know that would be so helpful. I even downloaded questionnaire type sheets from ATG or other automotive classes, and I still forget to put them to use. I'll get it right eventually. 😅
@Blazer02LS3 жыл бұрын
@@CubasAutomotive I tell folks that knowing the right questions are part of it, gauging the customers level of understanding is even bigger. That was why I used a simple set of questions for each type of problem. Checklists are handy for that. Give it some time or do like a few folks have and write out an outline on the questions like we had in EMS. The old What, When, Where method.

Hey!! I was thinking about you recently. All is well enough? lol Health, have plenty of work, and progressing as far as training, knowledge regarding work.... it's just the economic, country, political, and r o n a situation, which I know you and I think similarly regarding the latter. Just trying to keep my head down and plow through things, but fighting back whenever I can, especially things that affect me/us locally. You know what I mean I'm sure. I miss having down time and not worrying about the rising cost of things. I do focus on just work anymore because it keeps me from spending, thinking, worrying, or paying attention to much else. How are things there? Health wise I hope well. I know you can relate in the other ways I mentioned, as stated, we think similarly in many ways. I know your area has similar struggles. I absolutely am horrid with communication. I would stay in touch more often otherwise.🥴 😓

It is a common fault at sedona kia and entourage hyundai. The main cause for that is hetting the main fuse base. It need to remove the fuse box and resolve the inside buttom of relay connect. It is good to hear you for a long time. See yaa.

Nice job! Hey I have a Trailblazer SS can the Ac clutch it’s self just be replaced ? The kid I bought it off a while ago removed the belt so it wouldn’t kick on I like ac so I put a belt on it and it worked good but a few months later it locked up and shredded the belt as you could imagine… I think because the guy never used it ‘ it rusted or something….
@CubasAutomotive3 жыл бұрын
Actually in your case you'd have to replace the entire compressor. The external part where the belt rides is separate from the part that the clutch activates. The bearings are probably bad on the pulley of the compressor and as far as I ever seen, non serviceable unfortunately.
