You da man, Mitch! I picked up a nail in my rear tire last season. I plugged it just to finish the summer, because the bike only has 3200 miles on it. I had planned to take it to the shop to have the rear tire replaced, but you make it look so easy I'm gonna do it myself. Thanks for the great vidios. You have saved me alot of money and worries.

@johnymomo all I use is bridgestone hoop, they last long and I feel comfortable with that brand. I am not sure about michelin, vespa riders like michelin. Pirelli Diablo r good tires, some riders said it didn't last long like bridgestone and some said last long really good but if you put a few more PSI over what suzuki recommended so you can get more miles on the tire with few extra PSI in.

Hi Mitch, I found the ring placement. There is a groove in the wheel hub where it fits on the axle. It seems to be more to keep dirt out than anything. It is about 80% of the way toward the outside of the wheel.

I just subscribed (not quite sure what this means) but, I love your videos, very informative, you make everything look so easy. You already taught me how to change the oil on my '09 Burgman. Very nice job indeed. Keep up the good work!

Mitch, I just started to re install the back wheel when an O ring showed up! It appears to be the right size to go just outside the gear area on the shaft but then the wheel won't slide on very well. Where does this O ring go? TIA You videos have saved me $ and I appreciate it!

Hello MicBergsma! Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge about suzuki burgman 400, it helps a lot. I've a problem with my 400 (2010) rear wheel, the mechanic can't figure out what it is. Any chance for you to come over São Paulo - SP - Brazil? Relax, it's a joke. All the best, Fabio.
