I know exactly how you feel when you say you feel incompetent, or you don't want to do the lines, or you just want it to be done...these are the struggles of an artist! Please don't have negative thoughts about yourself in situations like that...if you can, it helps to talk with a good friend about how you feel, for emotional support. You can get through this! In the end, you created a beautiful piece :)
Seeing my favorite artist cry the same way I do mid piece is kind of eye opening. You're so amazing and talented and I love everything you do. Seeing you get out of your comfort zone and still make something so beautiful really amazes me. i REALLY LOVE YOUR VIDEOS AND YOUR ART!! You're such an inspiration, please please take care of yourself though!!
I have been a fan of your paintings for a long time now and seeing the process like this was really wonderful!! You are so talented and clearly care so much about your work! Amazing!

I loved seeing the whole process behind the piece, but always remember that you should never rush yourself and harm yourself mentally or physically by overdoing your work.. I really liked your thought of just finish it, whether it’s bad or good, at least it’s done with. I have a hard time deciding things and finishing things because of it, so I do like the idea of it being done and bad, instead of never finished and never learned from.

When I first saw your art I was so amazed by your lines. Lines like yours are very hard, and take so much work. You are not a perfect line robot. You are a human. You work so hard. You are allowed to be proud of your very hard work.

It broke my heart to see you cry over the line. And I think that at some point all artists got that kind of breakdown when working on their art. But let me tell you that I would love to have beautiful linework like yours on my drawing! To me they are beautiful and that's because of all the care you put into it even if you hate it!! Seeing your beautiful artwork always inspired me to try and do better with mine! You are a real inspiration to me!!
Something I really admire from all your paintings is the fact that you take so much time, effort, and thought into each one! I usually draw really fast but it’s something I want to work on as an artist! Your paintings are absolutely gorgeous and this one is stunning ❤️ please keep uploading I love watching your processes and your so inspiring!

Madokaさん、”Tired. do not want to. つかれた (死)” made me laugh because I’m a graduate student during finals week and thought the same thing to myself multiple times today. Opening KZbin and seeing a new video from you made me so happy. I actually used to paint, we even started around the same time, but I fell out of it because of lack of studio space and the cost of canvases and paints. Your videos always make me want to get back into painting. I wish I could do what you do. You’re my favorite contemporary painter. I think your style is so unique and cute and always looks so clean. I’ve always heard “you are your own worst critic.” I totally understand those feelings of inferiority, but I hope you know just how much your viewers love what you do. Please take all the break time you need! 💚

My hair is this color, i have a pink bunny that size named mr. snuggles and i've had him since i was a baby, i felt a connection with this piece and that was a second before you painted the background the same color of my childhood bedroom, i could never forget that lavender wall. By accident you have made something that feels as though it were made for me. It was not, I know obviously, but it is truly a gift I don't think I will ever forget. Thank you for sharing so much, your process, the chance to see the finished product rather than hide it from the world. To see things I love and know they were painted by your hand is to know they were painted by a master, you are professional and deeply skilled. Your cleaning of lines is not a sign of incompetence with the first stroke, but the ability to make something truly perfect and spectacular through your work. if you worked hard enough, i think you could learn to paint things into reality with every day you worked on it. Ganbatte, good luck, and thank you.

I felt that breakdown in my soul... that moment where you've been working so hard and your deadline is coming and it just seems like there's so much work to be done and if you'd been just a bit quicker, a bit more talented, a bit smarter, it would have been so much easier... Those are all lies. You're exhausted, you've been working for hours and hours and HOURS on the same project, at the same time stepping out of your comfort zone to try something new and challenge yourself. I know I can't tell you to not feel those negative feelings, because all creatives do. If nothing else, please give yourself a chance to rest. I was glad to see you took a day off, and when I saw you work anyway in the evening I was disappointed but I know I'd do the same. Give your mind a chance to rest so it won't run away from you. You do beautiful, wonderful art that I've enjoyed for years. You are so talented and I look up to you in a big, big way. Try and remember whenever you're feeling down or inadequate that there's a bunch of people you've never met who are rooting for you and want you to succeed. :)

I don't know if my words could help you, but if they can, i will say them : It's important to be hard-working, but we can't forget we always need breaks to keep working and have a good mental and phisical health. It's okay to rest, there's sometimes we feel too tired . That's fine, we don't worth less for that, and we aren't lazy. Sometimes, having a good rest makes us more active and with more energy to complete our goals. I send you all my support and admiration. But don’t let those thoughts stop you from doing the thing you love. You’ll be frustrated a lot through your art journey but without thise struggles, you wouldn’t be able to see how far you have come with your beautiful paintings. I’m crying with you because I feel worthless when I think that I can never accomplish anything and I feel exactly that way, this is the real part of the process and this is the reality, you are a brilliant artist and every time you post a new artwork, you never cease to amuse me, your technique is impressive if not, is perfect. You have worked really hard to improve yourself, like when you started doing the “blurred” optical illusion I really couldn’t think that there was nothing above it, but showing your process without the dependence of computers and software shows how capable you are to build a great artwork, don’t give up! Hello Madokaさん, I discovered your videos last year and I've become a big fan of your work since then. I love everything about your paintings, the clean linework, the expressions of the characters, the fine details, and especially how you use color to separate the objects that are in shade, closer to the viewer, or are covered by a different material. It pained me to see you hurt by feelings of inferiority because I think that you are a great artist and that there are a lot of people out there that would take twice as long to finish their pieces. The fact that you made this beautiful artwork with no previous planning is already incredible by itself. If it were me I probably wouldn't have the patience to even work on the linework as much as you did. One part I loved about this piece was the doll and the thread and needle. It must have been difficult to draw such small, precise objects but you made them look very clean and delicate. I personally draw more on paper rather than doing paintings but you are one of my biggest inspirations and I want my art to look more like yours. Some day I also want to buy one of your paintings so please keep painting Madokaさん!
