When IBA is not a legal entity, as it has been admitted by IBA itself in one of the case, why should unions approach it. Involve DFS directly.

TIME IS MOVING FAST UNION SHOULD FILE A CASE ON BEHALF OF ALL ELIGIBLE PENSIONER. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM OF FUND EVERYBODY CAN CONTRIBUTE. IBA WILL NOT DO ANYTHING

Constructive steps should be initiated with appropriate authorities to immediately STOP FURTHER DEDUCTIONS of instalment from their pension particularly those who hv completed 10 years or more & arrange for refund of excess amount of instalments recovered n restore the pension.
