Why did you not film removing the old glass and sliding the new one in? Can you show it?

Just go to a junk yard to pull the glass. you can practice on those cars with no risk.

The key to the adhesive is using a razer knife. Just cut it. At least that is how it worked on my old focus. It was such a mess until i figured that out.
