Hi, I am Marie! Welcome back to my channel 🧡
Lately, I have been feeling a bit down. A lot of small everyday inconveniences piled on top of each other leaving me constantly anxious and tired. In order to reset my mental health, I decided for one day I will do only things that bring me joy.
It was a day spent eating simple, yet tasty food. Spending time with my pet, taking a moment to learn something new, doodling just for fun, and getting my body moving with some light gardening. It was a reminder that joy can be found even in the most simple things at the comfort of our homes 🏡

I love it! Breakfast looks delicious, and vegetables for lunch too! I am sure grandma's herb mix is what gives special aroma to the dish. And I never knew that asparagus can be prepared in the air fryer. Do you let Tigi out in the garden sometimes? He is so handsome! The whole videos has this peaceful atmosphere about it! Thank you! The asparagus turned out really well in the air fryer- it was a bit crispy but not too dry 😊 Tigi is scared of the outside so he doesn’t really go out, maybe he associates the outside world with his trips to the vet 🤣
