Excellent video. I have one question, the ACURA dealer sold me the 28600-RKE-004, is this the correct part for the 3rd pressure switch? I even gave him my VIN to make sure. Did they sell me the correct part? What can happen if its not the correct part?

Did you add more transmission fluid in there when some dropped out did u top it off or just left it like that ? Also do u need to disconnect the negative battery doing this ?

@DiagnosticDennis hey brother how are you ? I want to ask you if this pressure switch is the 3rd gear switch and where is the 2nd pressure switch located? I don’t have any lights on or blinking D in my 2010 Acura MDX but the 2nd and 3rd gear shift feels little jerky when you go from a stop. Do you think changing the pressure switch could help ? Thank you

I believe on top of the trans. Remove battery and airbox, find the sensor with blue/black wire

I am trying to locate the pressure switch for 5th gear. The sensor I ordered looks exactly like the one you replaced. The one u changed is for the 3rd or 5th gear?

I have the same question? I went to the dealer and he sold me the 28600-RKE-004, and I showed him the error code that said 3rd pressure switch.

I have a 2007 tl type s. Goes into neutral before it engages 3rd gear. All new pressure sensors and dual linear solenoid. New dw1 fluid to proper level. Single linear solenoid is an amazon purchase. Would it be the single linear solenoid or the internal solenoid valves?

BTW it does no slip at all just neutral between the 2-3 shift. Once it engages it's perfect

Most likely wrong clutch. There’s 3 with blue wires, but different tracers. Black tracer is 2, white is 3, yellow is 4
