Thanks alot, being new to flows helped alot to understand implementation of lookup in flows using record choice set. FYI i did achieved a complex lookup filter with this which was not possible with standard lookup filter on fields. Much appreciated !!

Wondering if anyone out there on the internet could provide some use cases for using the record choice set + picklist screen component for simulating a lookup? Why not use the lookup screen component? If there are many records in your parent object (in this case Account), the UX for displaying thousands of Account records in a picklist drop down menu would be poor.

How i can get new account option inside lookup field so if there is no account record and user wanna to create new account

Is there any permissions required to access the record choice sets? I mean, I created a record choice set and added that in checkbox group... I can see the choices on the screen as a system admin but with any other custom profile it is blank.

Check OWD for that object whose records you are displaying if it is private then you have to create some records with custom profile user then those will be available.
