When they were speaking about maturity. The truth is (generally) women mature faster than guys up until about 25ish. Then guys will catch up and surpass women in maturity. Basically women mature quicker whilst guys have higher potential of maturity

How would you handle it if you can’t match your husband’s level of faith and he keeps pressuring you and it’s giving you anxiety? For ex I struggle with fajr prayers

I don't wanna make you feel bad but I think that's a good thing, because he is trying to make it easier for you to pray fajr you should try your hardest to wake up too
