Ive been on the road for 7 months now. Having travelled from Adelaide in the south to Cape Tribulation in Far North Queensland. Then slowly down the east coast.
Ive seen some incredible country, but still, nothing had me prepared for arriving in Tasmania.
Friends and other travellers had told me how amazing the landscape is. And I'd seen countless videos and photos of the place. Expectations were set high... and then blown out of the water.
I decided to create this video in a cinematic style. Without any vlog or vanlife parts. For me, Tasmania's true wonder is in it's landscape and it felt like I would be watering it down by adding any 'behind-the-scenes' stuff.

Thanks for watching! If you're wondering about the out-of-control scene at the top of the mountain... At that point I'd actually lost connection between the drone and controller. So all that spinning and veering towards the rocks was not me. Pretty lucky it didn't crash. Turned out to be useful footage to close the sequence.
