085 & the Sperry train on the Navan branch (23-3-2018)

Some footage of GM 071 class no. 085 (sporting an unhealthy amount of graffiti) hauling the Sperry train across the Navan branch in County Meath to Tara Mines and on it's return journey to Platin, west of Drogheda. 075 on an empty inbound Tara is seen crossing with the working at Navan station.

Yeah it's the v770 model which although been out a while has hardly dropped in price since I bought it, still very popular. I opted for the american NTSC model for 60fps over the european PAL version which does 50. Only downside to 60 over 50 is flicker with station lights at night due to the clash with the mains frequency.

Those who vandalize things with graffiti must be driven like serial rapists or murderers, undistinguished men suffering from inadequacies who feel power by threatening people and committing crimes. They are able to deface something and therefore they have power. Those who vandalize probably then graduate to worse acts of depravity.

Ah you're referring to the Taras sorry, they run to a fixed schedule Mon - Fri as follows: 0840 Drogheda - Tara Mines 1400 Alexandra Road - Tara Mines FX 1400 Alexandra Road - Drogheda FO 1915 Alexandra Road - Tara Mines FX (can run as early as 16.15) 1915 Alexandra Road - Drogheda FO (can run as early as 16.15) 2335 Alexandra Road - Drogheda FSX 0920 Tara Mines - Alexandra Road 1220 Tara Mines - Alexandra Road 1850 Tara Mines - Alexandra Road
