I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt, because she is really good - but she does something my organ teacher broke me of doing. She is "patting" her foot on the volume pedal in time with the music, which leads to volume "choppiness." I don't claim to play as well as she does but I also know that keeping time on the volume pedal of an electronic organ is a no-no.
