p0101 Setting Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor circuit range/performance code. Either your mass air flow sensor or Air Intake Duct Boot ripped as shown in the video. PArt Numbers:- Dorman 696-003, 16576ET00A, 16576-ET00A, 16576 ET00A
p0456 Caused by evap leak at Vent Control Valve - Also You will need to check Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid Valve from broken part or O-ring , Part Number(s): 14930EN200, 14930EN20A, 14930ET000

Same my car kept having a p0101 and p0456 code I replaced the MAF sensor and nothing changed. My car starts to have problems accelerating after like 30 minutes to an hour after driving, but if she sits for a bit and starts back up she is fine and then the same problem happens. Can this cause my issue? I had mechanics look and change the throttle body and every sensor known to mankind just to figure it out.

Even sometimes when I press down she wouldn’t accelerate at all

So did you check your Intake Air Boot as shown in the video? if you have done so, check the Intake Air Boot. check the following. the code you are getting indicates high or low voltage from the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. Verify there is good battery voltage on the Green wire terminal 2 and Ground on the Black/White wire terminal 3. If power and ground are OK, monitor the operation of the MAF sensor on the scan tool, if it works and the Violet wire is OK, then possibly follow TSB # NTB12-051j for a Engine Control Module (ECM) programing update. The service manual shows normal MAF sensor voltage at base idle warmed up is 0.9-1.2 volts and 1.5-1.8 volts at 2500 RPM free rev. If the MAF is faulty or there is a wiring issue, replace the faulty part or repair the wiring.

@@autorepairchamps p0101, Going to replace the intake with a new one. I unplugged the MAF sensor while car twas running. And the car didnt shut off.
