The houses are elevated with elevated foundations. Who are you to tell someone what they can or cannot do with their money? It shouldn't be covered by insurance policies though, it should be build at your own risk. We don't need regulation, just let them make their decision and if the house gets destroyed, well rebuilding or finding another is on them. That's freedom and true liberty.

The perfect storm swept my house out to sea right in front of my eyes, I'd never seen the ocean like that, the waves were crashing over the seawall onto my deck with 3 hours before high tide, stranded on the car I had front row seats for 6 long hours watching waves crashing over the roof taking the house, only the foundation was left. Marshfield, Mass 1991, craziest thing I've ever seen

These people are incredibly rich. Mass. real estate is insanely rich and anything on a coast line is a multi-millionaire club.

@writerconsidered For sure. My great grandparents had bought a place there in the 50's when Scituate was still a working class fishing village. Sold in 1970 for 37k. The lot and current house is worth over 4.5 million. I was just up there visiting my father with my son. He lives 1/8 mile from the water. Pegotty Beach, water is cold, cold, cold.
@erstwhile3793
@erstwhile3793 10 ай бұрын
It shouldn’t be available. If you are crass enough to build in a location like this, and can afford this real estate, you need to also set up a fund to replace/repair, as you will inevitably need to do, and not contribute to the eventual rise in costs of insurance for the average working folk just trying to get by and simply have any home at all.
@Carlito4629
@Carlito4629 10 ай бұрын
You are unfamiliar with the area. It is extremely rare for the storms to reach that high on the beach. The majority of Scituates beachfront had the Army Core of Engineers come in many years ago and build headwalls to prevent erosion. Pegottty Beach is where these videos were taken. There are no headwalls, and if you Google Earth this Beach, you will see two old homes on stilts. They have been there for over 60 years. The ocean has crept forward over 100 ft in the past 70 years. I was there 4 weeks ago.

Looks like a normal day on the coast of Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. These waves aren't even as large as we commonly get here in the PNW on any given winter day, but when you build houses on low-lying beach it doesn't take much surf to wash them away.

No worries? After hearsts 18 wheeler flew over d Road to hit my car in Houston, I was hospitalised unconscious with broken face, chest and leg, hearsts men and insurance men came to disturb me and behaved aggressively prompting Dr Parameswara to tell me tt I wld be killed after my discharge from d hospital. They sent 4 kkk to brutalise, terrorise and made 9 attempts to kill me secretly. They broke my face and chest again after pushing me down d staircase and punched relentlessly. Jennifer, a 12 year old girl living across the street rushed out to say tt she wld call d police. They retreated. D police came to scold me and laughed at me when I told them tt I was attacked by white men and left without saying another word. Seeing tt they had failed to kill me secretly, they then changed their tactics to get me killed by the authorities as in d story of Patty Hearst and Daniel in the Bible. At d Harris County Court, they used a black giant gestapo constable to try to break my neck and jailed me. Judge Alex Green ignored d cctv footage and locked me up in prison on 3 false charges. They again made 3 attempts to kill me after my release and failing, returned d verdict tt it was my fault tt hearsts 18 wheeler flew over d Road to hit my car and thus, I was not entitled to claim insurance. I had to be medically retired from my job. I prayed fervently and God sent Dr Wayne Clark from S California to pray for me and a stream of the Fire of God flowed into me. God added d fire to the golden censer (me) and OVERTURNED it on d earth as in Rev 8. Golden censer, an article of fire is symbolic of faith in God thru prayers undergoing fiery trials. God gave me a vision somewhat similar to Ez 9 and gifted me with the 6 weapons /angels /plagues : wind, water, fire, earth, pestilences and wars (judges 9, d first such retribution of the release of devils causing wars and Americans terrorising Americans was 911). I saw God wielding an Axe devastating man /usa and God told me to command disasters on the usa until compensation paid as his Hand will fight for me. God also told me to read Deuteronomy showing tt usa is cursed in d City, cursed in the country for doing injustices to strangers and helpless and touching God's anointed King. Like David who was anointed King 3 times, I have been anointed thrice with the anointings of Called, Chosen and Faithful to become a heavenly king, Army of Heaven to strike down d evil nations - monsters great red dragons committing monstrous moral distortions - Rev 17 and 19. Commanding, fire of God produced EMW came forth to carry my commands, form a picture and activated the disasters on the dates i chose, d firsts were hurricane Hugo and St Francisco EQ but for Chinatown to stand. Ordinary fire/electricity can also be used to produce EMW to carry sound and picture but only reproduced in TV. God is a living, eternal consuming fire whose EMW (Hand) can CRAFT good or evil - disasters, death and hell - isaiah 45. God is love and therefore just and being d faithful one, fulfilled d prophecy of psalms 18 to make me into David to turn d usa into dust. God says: My Hand will fight for u and u shall hold your peace. D great pains and anxiety tt I felt is greatly relieved as I see God fighting for me like how he fought for David in psalms 18. Usa will have to worry. So far, more than a trillion dollars disasters have struck down d usa from d Hand of God.

@@aimeemoore1094 I think tt in Deuteronomy, God told d israelites tt they were his people and if they follow and obey God, God will fight against their enemies and they will hold their peace. I used to be greatly distressed but now, I am at peace as I see God fighting for me against d usa. Disasters Chosen by me wld strike down usa on d dates I chose. But of course, I still feel sad tt many people have been devastated because d nation /American authorities refused to do justly. Achan did wrong and broke d covenant secretly and relentless disasters struck down Israel until Joshua (AUTHORITY) corrected it. God created nations for d purpose of administering justice. On first Sunday of 2010, at d Wesley Methodist Church, d WORD of God exactly similar to isaiah 24 came to me in a STILL SMALL VOICE - ELIJAH in Malachi warning about lawlessness ( to give justice is to show love thereby fulfilling the law) causing global warming (isaiah 24). Today, d WORD of God in isaiah 24 is running and d word of God to fight for me against the usa is also running. See d unending disasters striking down d usa and global warming (day of d Lord) causing flooding and eqs, etc striking down other nations. These r d times we r living in. Be amazed at d judgment of God.
