Imam Jafar Sadiq is the 6th Shia Imam. The Shia school of thought is known as the jafari school of thought. The reason for this is because he was the one who spent his life spreading true ilm and knowledge of islam.

Utah Malik i had same experience: the imam of a tabligh jamat masjid (he is from senegal and malikki mahdab)told me 1000 times that shiaa are very knowledge and that sunnis should respect them and also follow ahlulbayt because that is in sahih sunni hadith books.. to follow the prophet (saws) and ahlulbayt ..not sunna Salam from portugal 🇵🇹

As a Sunni Muslim, if amongst Abu Hanifa (since I'm a Hanafi, meaning a follower of Abu Hanifa) Malik Ibn Anas, Imam Shafi and Imam Hanbl I will definitely choose Imam Jafar as-Sadiq.

Abu Salah no my brother, the Holy Prophet and his Ahlul Bayt (pbut) are different from the sahaaba. and who ever was a sahaaba does not mean that he or she is a friend of the Holy Prophet(pbuh). you need to go back and read history and understand this very important point! This is why sunnis will never understand the position, the rank and the spiritual value of Ahlul Bayt, when you constantly equalize them to ordinary people. Some sahaaba were very good, proper God fearing and God loving muslims.......But some where not habibi. Wilaya of Imam Ali, is what distinguishes a muslim from a mu'min. La ilaha Illa Allah has 2 conditions: and those are, Muhammad(pbuh) is the prophet of Allah(swt) and Ali(as) is the wali of Allah(swt). Whoever denies the wilaya of Ahlul Bayt is surely misguided.

The Prophet also never prayed salat Tarawih, so why do you pray it? Here let me enlighten you with sahih books : Ibn Shihab (a sub-narrator) said, “When Allah's Apostle died, the people continued observing that (i.e. Nawafil offered individually, not in congregation), and it remained as such during the Caliphate of Abu Bakr and in the early days of ‘Umar's Caliphate.” ‘Abdur Rahman bin ‘Abdul Qari said, “I went out in the company of ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab one night in Ramadan to the mosque and found the people praying in different groups - a man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. Then, ‘Umar said, ‘In my opinion I would better collect these (people) under the leadership of one Qari (reciter) [i.e. let them pray in congregation!]'. So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubayy bin Ka’b. Then, on another night, I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, ‘Umar remarked, 'What an excellent bid'a (innovation in religion) this is; but the prayer which they do not perform, but rather sleep at its time, is better than the one they are offering.' He meant the prayer in the last part of the night." [Sahih al-Bukhari, volume 3, book 32, number 227] • “It was called bid’ah because the Prophet (s) did not use to pray it in congregation, and neither was it prayed like that in the time of al-Siddiq (referring to the first Caliph), nor in the early part of night or with these number of units.” [al-Qastallani, Irshad al-Sari Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari, volume 5, page 4] [al-Nawawi, Sharh Sahih Muslim, volume 6, page 287] • “‘Umar was the first who set the example of the night prayer of Ramadan, the Tarawih, and gathered people for it, and instructed different regions regarding it. This was during the month of Ramadhan of the year 14 (hijri). He appointed for the people reciters of the Qur’an who led the Tarawih prayer for men and women.” [Ibn Sa’d, Kitab al-Tabaqat, volume 3, page 281] [al-Suyuti, Tarikh al-Khulafa', page 137] [al-‘Ayni, ‘Umdat al-Qari fi Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari, volume 6, page 125] The Prophet (s) said: “O people! Perform your prayers at your homes, for the best prayer of a person is what he performs at his home, except the compulsory (congregational) prayer." [Sahih al-Bukhari, volume 9, book 92, number 393] [al-Nasa’i, Sunan, volume 3, p. 161, p. 198] • Once Abdullah bin Mas’ud asked the Prophet (s): “Which is better; to pray in my house or in the mosque?” The Prophet (s) replied: “Do you not see how near to the mosque my house is? To pray in my house is more beloved to me than to pray in the mosque except for the obligatory prayers.” [Ibn Majah, Sunan, volume 1, page 439, number 1378] • Narrated Zayd bin Thabit: Allah's Apostle (s) made a small room (with a palm leaf mat). He (s) came out (of his house) and prayed in it. Some men came and joined him in his prayer. Then again the next night they came for the prayer, but the Prophet (s) delayed and did not come out to them. So they raised their voices and knocked the door with small stones (to draw his attention). He came out to them in a state of anger, saying, “You are still insisting (on your deed) that I fear this prayer might become obligatory on you. So, O you people! offer this prayer at your homes, for the best prayer of a person is the one which he offers at home, except the compulsory (congregational) prayer.” [Sahih al-Bukhari, volume 8, book 73, number 134] Umar created tarawih, and the Prophet (s) made it clear that prayers that are not mandatory should not be performed in congregation. So who do you follow, the Prophet of Allah (s) or Umar?

So, call me the Slave of Allah and His Apostle." حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، سَمِعَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ لاَ تُطْرُونِي كَمَا أَطْرَتِ النَّصَارَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ، فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا عَبْدُهُ، فَقُولُوا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولُهُ ‏"‏‏.‏ Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 3445In-book reference All that and no evidence for there innovations...(Shirkdays)

Salam alaikum sister. We refer ourselves as fiqh al jafari just to be identified. Similarly we refer ourselves as twelvers (ithna ashari) just to be identified. We only our rulings from the Holy Prophet (s) his immaculate Ahlulbayt (as) (12 Imams divinely appointed by Allah) an none apart from them. Since Allah (swt) created them infallibles and impeccable, they are perfect from each and every aspect and they inherited the Holy Prophet (s) in everything like knowledge, powers so on and so forth. Nor do they lie, sin or misguide hence the Holy Prophet (s) commanded us to rely upon them along with the Holy Qur'an and kept them a weighty thing alongside the Holy Qur'an and commanded us to hold onto them both so we may not go astray and he (s) also said that these both won't seperate until they meet him at the pond of kawthar. Feel free to ask more questions and I'll try my best to answer them Insha'Allah. May Allah (swt) bless you.

And let me prove it from your own sunni books, Now let us have a look from the sunni books what the Holy Prophet (pbuh) told us to hold on (Follow) after he passes away. *SUNNI REFERENCES* Narration of two weighty things (hadith e thaqalayn) *The Holy prophet (pbuh) said,* *I am about to answer the call (death). Verily, i leave behind two precious things (thaqalayn) amongst you; the Book of Allah(swt) and my Ahl al bayt. Verily, the two will never seperate until they back come to me by the side of the pond."* Muslim, al-Sahih, (English translation), book 031, numbers 5920-3 *The wives of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) aren't included amongst the Ahlulbayt (pbut)* Note: we shias have hundreds of Narrations to corroborate our claims in our books. Lets see the Narration from sunni books, first I'll post a Narration narrated by aisha itself which clearly mentions this *Aisha also narrates it in Sahih Muslim,* *'A'isha reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) went out one norning wearing a striped cloak of the black camel's hair that there came Hasan b. 'Ali. He wrapped him under it, then came Husain and he wrapped him under it along with the other one (Hasan). Then `Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr told him something whereupon Marwan ordered that he be arrested. But `Abdur-Rahman entered `Aisha's house and they could not arrest him. This is an hour long session of complaining and gossiping. If the Sunni caliphs were so corrupt by that time, how is it that they are far more strict in today’s world? Your eyebrows are better plucked than most woman. You have a tattoo when that is clearly haram in many references. Your entire life is spent talking bad about people you don’t like. Before you judge anyone, make sure you are clean yourself. You don’t need to talk down about people to make yourself look better. This has been the Shia strategy since the beginning and is the reason it will always be inferior. Inshallah you will start focusing on spreading Islam one day instead of gossiping without knowledge of what really happened.
