hmm....What if that file you found is the reason why the server got shut down? It seems that someone messed with the files. Probably a hacker or someone else. Because its possible that the reasons the alex was crying is because something happened. Prehaps the npc came alive and something bad happened to alex it may also explain the violent tendency too. What if you make small changes to the files. Like give them the alexes the ability to speak or try to cheer the crying alex up? Also I see you got your skin fixed from the void situation from before!
