I try not to over-hype media, especially when my first response is so strong. Typically when I experience something I truly love I wait a bit and see if that love will fade a bit so I can look at a piece of art with a genuine critical lens. When I first heard this song I thought it was absolutely incredible, just unbelievably phenomenal. I listened to it over and over again without getting tired of its sound. But I refrained from saying it was perfect because that is why I need to give time to something before coming to a full judgment of it. Now, after almost half a year of listening to it, I find it just as good as the day I first heard it and this song is easily the best piece of music I have listened to in many years. I do not even hesitate to say this is on my top ten favorite pieces of music of all time, and this is coming form a man who has ten thousand songs on his favorites. What a wonderful piece, I will continue to listen to it over and over again, my replay button continues to be abused.

Hey! First of all happy belated birthday, hope you had a good one! I found your channel years ago when I was just getting into the Touhou franchise. I was fascinated by the compositions made by Zun and shortly after that I found out that there were these Touhou circles that did their own arrangements of the original compositions through your channel. I still remember the very first Touhou vocal song I stumbled upon on your channel, which was When Innocence Is Just A Mask by Foreground Eclipse. From there onwards I discovered more of the other Touhou circles, but my favourites are Foreground Eclipse and Draw The Emotional -hint hint big merami, teto and yuyoyuppe fanboy-, and because of your channel I would occasionally watch back the videos just to sing along since you had edited in the lyrics. Then just today I was about to do that and only to realise that you had unlisted all of the videos, then going through your recent videos I understood that now you are doing your own covers for these different arrangements and they are amazing! Even though I will be a little bit sad not being able to watch the old videos you had from YOUR channel, I still have some of them inside a playlist of mine. Nevertheless thank you for introducing me to these amazing songs! TL;DR I just wanted to say thanks for introducing me to two of my favourite Touhou circles/bands through your channel and I will miss the old videos you unlisted. Other than that your singing is amazing and now I'll come back to your channel not to look for Foreground Eclipse or Draw The Emotional but to look forward to your next work!

Overall a great song. Good arrangement, and well done vocals. I think the editing on your voice is maybe a bit overdone, it's an interesting effect but I think it masks the natural sound of your voice (Which is rather nice) a bit too much, and the vocals could do with standing out a bit more. Admittedly, it's harder for me since I don't know Japanese, but it feels unduly difficult to focus on the lyrics because the vocals almost blend too well with the instrumentals. These are just minor problems though, the song is overall great like I said and I couldn't really point to anything else that seems off to me, so great job!

"Mirror Mirror" is definitely my all-time favorite! It has some extremely high notes, though. 😁 I also love both "Gold" and "Boop". "Time to Say Goodbye" and "Divide" could be great if you are looking for something heavier. 😊
