I do think the third eye and the Komeiji sisters form can adapt to the environment, so her eye would function normally and still be used as a mind reader, just masquerading as a fancy electronic gadget, I think it's true for all of Gensokyou's Yokai and especially Kasen Ibaraki, which would make more sense for her to approach Sumeriko and her parents in the outside world, dressed in more modern looking clothes, though I suppose her Gensokyian attire would be seen as cosplaying, I do also think that at least some higher up Gensokyian Gods and Yokai's that have ability to cross or send things or people through the Hakurei barrier, to place some Gensokyian spies in the outside world to monitor whether there aren't any outside threats for Gensokyou and locate Yokai's and entities that could be brought to Gensokyou, like the Hobgoblind Yukari brought.

It even sais the name of his song in the lyrics, though Satori's theme fits it better than the music he composed, it gives the lyrics a more omnimous feeling. So basically that's probably one of the few examples of the plagiarized work being worser than the work that plagiarized it.
