Using LP items to get flat ward gained per second passively can be huge. Also, getting certain idols (ward/s suffix on mage 1x3 and 1x4 idols, for example) can be big. I’m prepping a 4 LP fire starter torch with cast speed and damage mods, a 3 LP calamity with ward/s, flat mana, and ignite chance with fire skills, a 4 LP frozen ice relic with ward/s, damage over time, elemental damage, and whatever resist. I’m gonna have like 100 flat ward/s at level 8 when I put on the Calamity and be immortal until I unlock relics slots to get up to like 300+ passive ward/s. With no ward retention at all, your stable ward = 2.5* flat ward gained per second. And then, yeah; ignite carries the DPS. Mage ignite leveling with elemental nova at high cast speed and cast on location spec is amazing for clear. Basically every class has an ignite spec they can use for leveling.

I never really considered ward/sec on leveling items and thats a very interesting take. I like this idea and yeah it actually sounds nice as a layer of high recovery and just raw ehp in the first few zones. Ill keep this in mind

I personally just go for super generic stats like health, cdr, movement speed, and resistantes particularly Void & Phys due to their prevelance in the campaign. You can also go for more specific rolls such as cast speed, minion damage, or throwing damage if you were going to level a specific skill

Sentinels can use the fire scepter and Warpath and legit ZERO passives/skillpoints used and clear all the way to unlock empowered monoliths with ZERO issues. Slap any any fire/damage over time pieces and your good to clear everything

Yeah, spells are hits too unless its a dot since all dots arent hits. So if a spell isint just a dot like Spirit Plague which is simply a dot application, it will count

@@Alliee You are right, that smells kinda sus. Or does it? For real tho, you proc multiple bees (dunno if there is a cap) and they get 40% bleed chance and duration from the chest. They will kill early bosses and stronger mobs for any melee build. Esp when you need to dodge the AOEs of early bosses. Combined with the spoon and you have a dot and run playstyle.

Level requirement on the item has nothing to do with the LP, its ENTIRELY based on the effective level. A good example of this is The Claw which is level requirement 9 but LP 50, which means you wont be finding an LP4 one pretty much ever, while a Kestrel is one of the most common LP4s.

No, offline shouldnt affect drop rates at all, you will see a lot more uniques as you push into empowered monoliths
