thanks. And no, it doesn't really change much depending on age. She still wants you to be fun, silly, sexual. The only difference with women a bit older is that they are less forgiving of a guy who doesn't have his shit together. But attraction works exactly the same

Is there a good video on if she's a VP of HR and you're not management but she has sent many interest signals. i.e. She treats me different than others. She finds a little time to show prolong eye contact and a grin. I can't tell if she wants just external validation or if it's real interest. She is also always nervous when I'm around. I just can't barge into her office and talk to her on a personal level. I don't want to have a conversation about it because it would end the mystery and tension.

we are trying to help (coach) the guy who meets the girl of his dreams, and at first she is very attracted to him, but then he goes way too fast and takes the (HER) game way too seriously.. So then she pulls away and he loses her forever. It's a sad tale we have heard 1000's of times. We want to help men avoid that fate so they can have great long term "balanced" relationships. We are all about the "win-win" - you think you got the prize (her) and she feels like she got the prize! (you)

@chris-sixty yeah.. very good insight. But of course, I have watched some of Bob's videos when he say we should act fast when a girl starts showing interest signals. If Bob could give me a platform for me to clear some of ambiguities or contrary advice I always find in his videos which I believe I am not the only one, I would be glad.
