Today you Join me on my latest adventure in my motorhome as I'm leaving worthing and heading east and I've got a mission!
My mission is to see the wild ponies and donkeys of New Forest and capture some cute videos to send to my nephew Liam. But things didn’t go exactly as planned, I could have been fined £1000 - let's just say it involves a few bags of carrots and a valuable lesson about local wildlife.

Ahh bless you, your pure joy while watching and feeding those donkeys was just so lovely. It really made me smile watching this video. Well done for holding for listening and accepting what the lady told you as many just argue it and continue to do it anyway. It was an honest mistake and you genuinely didn't realise or mean any harm. Atleast now you know, and you can still go back there and take your nephew to watch them, just not feed them 😁

Ah you were in our neck of the woods there, New Forest is our local haunt, you should go back in the spring and go on one of the Natural New Forest sites owned by Forestry England, no marked pitches, you literally camp in the forest with all the horses, cows, donkeys. At our favourite site we get red deer and highland cattle, love it. The sites with no facilities just water and waste are best value. Yes sadly no feeding them, makes them think they can help themselves, we’ve had horses sticking their heads in our old camper and nicking the fruit in our fruit bowl!

Thank Goodness the lady was there to educate you before you fed more. That was a lot of carrots hopefully the donkeys are ok. I've owned horses previously and it's unbelievable how people feed the horsey down the lane, that doesn't even belong to them, it causes so many health and behavioural problems. Both the animal and the owner suffer because of it, horses can get colic which usually kills them. It was horrid to watch but at least you've let people know who otherwise might have done the same.

Great video, love how excited you get when feeding the animals...oops! Mind you, it would be easy for the car park to plaster big "Don't feed the animals signs! around the car park. You won't be the first or last. Lucky for us you found out it was wrong, I think the price of carrots was about to go up!

I would suggest NOT putting the Eco flow unit in the shower room the humidity levels, even with the window vent open, will most probably be above its operating level anyway. As to that nasty Lidl heater I would throw it straight in the bin. Get yourself a decent dehumidifier if you want to do this. Will save you a lot of grief in the long run.

Loved this video. If you like donkeys. Check out Jacob's Ridge sanctuary in Spain. Their donkeys are legendary. Your nephew would love it too. A trip there maybe!?

Just be careful with that heater, I had a couple of those, not necessarily that make but one of them burnt out and after that I didn't feel safe using them in case they caused a fire. Definitely don't go out and leave it running.

Nobody should be feeding ANY of the animals there. I've seen ponies knocking people over for food, because tourists insist on doing it.

Not just there, but any animal ANYWHERE. Most people do not know what an animals diet is, they dont have the same dietary needs as humans.

There's not much you can do in the New Forest. Natural England have banned or restricted everything. There were toilets and an ice-cream van at Hatchet Pond, they are gone. The carpark was reduced massively, they had the carp netted out and killed. Day tickets are now £20 per day. Drones are banned. Cycling only on designated paths. Fishing banned on all waters bar Hatchet Pond including Janesmoor where children used to fish for free. They don't manage the forest for locals and tourists. Such a shame.

Your not allowed to feed any animal, be it National parks or farm animals. There are very high fines for doing so. You can easily cause people to get stampeded too.
