It is called "brahma muhartham time" Technically brahma muhartham is calculated 3hrs before sunrise till the time 1 milli micro second before sun rise. So the brahma muhartham time varies with geographical location of nations.

This Sahasranamam (1000 names of ) Lord Vishnu. diety of India. Huge temples in Southern India. This is taken from Epic The Mahabharatam. In Mahabharata, the character Bhisma who always follows Dharma(truth) praises Lord Krishna( incarnation of Lord Vishnu). In Mahabharata Lord Krishna saves Dharma. Written in Sanskrit language. It is not just another language but it has power. It purifies our body improves physical and mental health. This Sahasranamam sounds, positive vibrations relieves one from all pain. Everyday early morning and 6pm if we listen it helps alot. Southern part of India most of the houses listen to this audio. Difficult words but you did it great. My Pranam🙏
