Sounds about right. Mine did 806 on 22psi. 6.0/80e, twin 7875s, non-intercooled e85, etc.

Did you see the black Firebird on 1320 video that won the last cash days? He said he changed to a Tri y header and it spooled the turbo up faster and with less back pressure than the four into one header

We’ve always used a hard tire on the dyno, like a light truck tire. I think it works because the tire doesn’t deform as much so it can transfer more force to the roller. This is two roller though so we can pull the car straight down into the rollers. Could be worth trying though?

Have you tried positioning the tire on the back side of the roller? You were positioned with the tire on the top of the roller. When the car makes its dyno run, it pulls forward and the tire is now lower on the roller. Thus, less pressure on the tire. If you were positioned at the rear, the tire would be pulled up on the roller increasing the pressure.
