Great unit! Enjoyed watching it. However, George really need to work on the camera work harder. It was very annoying to follow the camera because it doesn’t show the details and views enough.

Dear Jonathan, this is the first time I ever seen any of your videos and that little apartment going for 1,098,000 is absolutely beautiful. What will it take as a down payment for a unit like that in Miami and what are the taxis and also the maintenance fees.

Typically, when financing condos in Miami you are expected to have a minimum cash downpayment of 25%. Some buildings have higher requirements. But lower than that is rare. Property taxes in Miami Dade are currently around 1.2% of assessed value. Maintenance/building/HOA fees will vary, sometimes dramatically. You will need to check with each building. The property listings also usually will have those on them.
