I've seen MANY properties from you and others, and this is BY FAR THE BEST OF THEM ALL. This is the FIRST I have no issues with any, this tick EVERY BOX FOR ME and that "dog room".... winner. I am not even a pet person that much and that idea is excellent! Some steps over my budget, but will see, this is PERFECTION for what I have been looking for! The RIGHT area, AND EVERYTHING.
