It's always hard for us to see differences but as an outsider who just found your videos the other day from the first microneedling session, let me say there's definitely a difference! You and I have very similar scarring and you've encouraged me to give it a try, whether or not I feel bold enough to try it myself or have someone do it for me I haven't decided yet but thank you so much for these videos!

It makes the most sense to do a side-by-side comparison of before microneedling to what your latest skin looks because, in theory, that's what should show the most dramatic results. Regardless though, congrats on getting married!

Hi! You should absolutely do an update from when you first started micro needling. Your frustration kind of made me want to forget trying at home micro needling but I decided to look at your .5 video and how your skin first looked and compared it to your most recent video and there is a massive difference! I don’t think it’s just a difference in lighting. Please make a video because I think it’ll help you see how far you’ve come and it’ll encourage the rest of us who have also been struggling with scars.

Congratulations on your marriage, and beautiful wedding pictures. 😃 Try not to be discouraged, that your before and after photos, are not what you have hoped for. I believe it is in the female DNA, that we are our own worst critics. If we resolve our biggest perceived flaw, there will always be a new one to take its place. I recognize that your scarring is something you are hoping to change, just know that they do not diminish your beauty in any way. ❤️

My boyfriend had to commit to a long journey just like you, but for losing weight. It's tedious and long, and even after a long time of exercising and doing everything to lose weight and stay healthy, he wasn't satisfied with his results, he would tell me he is still far from it. But I told him he did a great job on losing a lot of weight, he didn't believe so, but when he checked his photos from before and now, he was shocked. It's fine if you feel that's not the results you wanted, but appreciate the effort you did before, that one day you chose take care of your body, so you can feel more beautiful and confident. You have walked a long way, you didn't reach your destination, but you will soon, dw❤❤❤

I suggest doing research on how deep atrophic or hypertrophic scars can be. Usually ive heard for microeedling to even be effective it needs to be at 1.5mm or in other words go past the dermis and into the epidermis.

I noticed when I get inconsistent with dermarolling my scars started to look like before. I used differin more often during this period too and I think it contributed to my scars looking deeper. What happened was I cut my frequency use on exfoliants & only moisturise, spf, gua sha, derma roll. My skin got ‘plumpier’ and my scars look wayy less visible.

@@jadenicolequek3635 yes it was the only product that I incorporated in my routine. But it depends what scars u have. I have box scars & redness scars the ones that’s darker than ur skin. Differin helped the latter for me. imo the best solution for box is deep penetration facials like laser.

Hey, i have a same problem as you do, maybe even more severe, but i never did microneedling. and i am kinda hesitant to even start it if i'm going to get meh results after 2 entire years. I was wondering if you know, if there is a medical / surgical procedure that can be done to help me with this problem?
@ThatGirlwiththeCurls
@ThatGirlwiththeCurls 2 жыл бұрын
haha yaa. It is quite meh, though I'd still like to believe I'd have a biiit of a better outcome had I started the 1.0mm a lot sooner. If you get microneedling done professionally, they'll most likely use longer needles which can give you faster results. There's also that one treatment where they use your own blood which seems scary but apparently works quite well. Then there's the stuff that so many people recommend subcision and co2 lasers so you can look into those as well!
@user-us5cf3qc7b

microneedling isn't considered one of the best methods for scar removal. I really cannot recommend enough that you do subcision, tca cross and then smooth it all off with a fully ablative erbium or co2 laser.

Hello. Do you only dermastamp with the 1.0mm once a month? I have been dermarolling since December 2021. I started with .25 and worked my way up to a 1.0 for the face and 1.5 for my hair. The past 2 months I have been dermarolling every other day. I don't roll until my face or scalp is red. I only go over each area 6 times and I have gotten some great results. I myself can still see the scars but my family/friends have commented on the change. You might want to up the frequency to see what results you might get. Every one's skin is different but it doesn't hurt to try and see how it works for you.
