I went to France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany in 2022. The military museum in Paris and Napoleons tomb were incredible. As was the Liege museum and the military museum in Brussels. All well worth the trip.

In a gun discussion with co-workers years ago, my old boss asked me if i was an "expert." Told him that most of my knowledge came from book-study instead of hands-on, so no, i considered myself a serious student of small arms. A Vietnam Vet who did his full 20, a Heuy crew chief who'd spent years behind a door gun, I pointed out he was an expert on the M-60, that I would never be. He smiled at that...
