@MidnightRunnerCrew Confirmed, our Driftcars are AWD, equipped with special Drift Tires (very firm Rubber Tires or Rings made of 2" Plastic Rings). Some tried RWD, but that does not work, no matter how hard we tried, the Car with RWD will do only Donuts.

My favorite part of the video is the crash at :59 the way it was shot and edited, it looks SO realistic. Go watch a full size drift or any race car hit a wall like that, it will look almost exactly the same. Love that shot.

@XxxBoltActionxxX the best is probably the hpi (dont remember what its called) but i got an exceed rc driftstar. its cheap, you can get it for $100 and i recommend 2s lipo even on the stock brushed version. after a while i got a brushless system and its awesome

Hi, can I please have people's honest opinions as to whether a 1/10 BRUSHED Drift Car (HSP 1/10 Flying Fish 1) would be good enough for me, I haven't really had much experience with RC cars but I'm dying to get one that has enough power to do some proper drifting without spending a lot of money? Will a the brushed motor get a 1/10 car sideways like the videos. Not getting into racing, just want to muck around on tiles/smooth asphalt and have some fun with it! Please comment. Cheers.

@50CalPaintballSniper Look up "RTR RC Drift" on the googles. RTR= Ready to run. You get one of those to learn the basics and make sure RC drift is for you, then you can customize and upgrade that or build one from the ground up. Also, I recomend buying two or more bodies for it. One for practicing your moves and you don't mind beating up, and one for display/showing off when you get good.
